Interior: Located on a quiet minor road in a well established and tranquil area, La Lavande is a first class two bedroom detached villa, maintained to the highest standards throughout. The main bedroom has a feature wrought iron four poster bed, with matching furniture and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, in a similar style and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The house bathroom has a three quarter bath and a shower, W.C. and basin. The spacious lounge/dining room is attractively furnished with a corner sofa, dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped. For maximum security, the villa has an alarm system and a safe.

Exterior: The villa is set in its own secluded walled garden, with high walls surrounding the outside terraces. There are ornamental statues and a fountain beside a beautiful 6m x 3m heated swimming pool which is biologically treated, with no chemicals used. The barbeque terrace has table and chairs and is sheltered to form a courtyard, ideal for al fresco dining. Comfortable sun loungers and an outside shower complete the poolside facilities.

Amenities: La Lavande is ideally situated in central Puerto del Carmen, within a few minutes walk of the beach and the Avenida de las Playas, where there is an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife.

Services: This villa is privately owned and maintained to the highest standard by a local, English owned, Spanish company. Our aim is to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one and free from problems. A complimentary welcome basket including champagne and flowers will await your arrival. Maid service includes towel change 6 days a week and twice weekly linen change. Bath robes supplied.

Car Requirements: Whilst the central situation of the villa means that the hiring of a car is not essential it is recommended to enable you to explore the many attractions of this beautiful island. We do recommended that certainly for part of your holiday you do take a car to enable you to travel further afield. We can arrange for the car to be either delivered to the villa or picked up at the airport.
