This superb villa is to be found in central Puerto del Carmen some seven minutes walk from Playa Grande. The outside patio area is designed to take the most of the wonderful climate. The villa offers a large heated pool with a separate Jacuzzi as well as a Spa bath. In addition there is a wonderful BBQ area, covered in a most imaginative style and offering superb patio furniture with shower facilities as well as sink to assist your alfresco cooking. There is no need to hire a car if you rent this villa.

Interior: The villa sleeps up to eight and the accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which offers a double sink, shower, bidet and toilet. The room also has a large double bed with a central fan as well as a TV with DVD facility. This room has a sea view and overlooks the pool. There is also an upstairs balcony, which is an absolute suntrap. Bedroom 2 is again a double, which has fully fitted wardrobes and houses a safe. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room with fully fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 4 is again a twin with an en-suite facility. There is second bathroom, which houses a walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. The lounge area with an open fire is beautifully furnished and offers SKY Freeview and DSVD player. Off the lounge can be found the separate dining area, which is open to a large very well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted and the fridge offers a water filter and ice freezing facility. A washing machine is also available.

Exterior: The fully heated swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) is surrounded by a wonderful large patio area. Patio dining furniture, a fully equipped barbeque area and sun lounge’s will ensure that you are able to enjoy the wonderful climate. As well as the heated pool there is a Spa bath and a separate Jacuzzi. There is off-road parking and electric gates and a fully operational alarm system protect the property.

Amenities: The villa is ideally situated for those looking for excellent accommodation close to all amenities. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. A seven-minute walk takes you to the wonderful beach of Playa Grande. The villa is situated in the centre of the main resort of Puerto del Carmen.

Services: This villa is privately owned and is furnished to a high specification and is maintained by our local, English owned, Spanish company. We aim to ensure that your holiday is an enjoyable one, which is free of problems. A maid service is provided once a week and there is a twice-weekly towel change. Beach towels are provided. A cot can be provided if required. Infants under two are our guests.

Car Requirements: The villa's central location means that a car is not required. We can arrange for you to hire one if you wish to explore the sites around the Island. This can be delivered to the villa or collected at the Airport.
